2 stars because the folk on the shopfloor are excellent, but as soon as you deal with Customer Service and on-line returns a total nightmare.
* 3 separate on-line orders split between me and my wife. Returned in the shop. Have been waiting for 1, 1.5 and 2 months respectively to get a refund. Have been to the shop 6 times!! Customer service refused to send confirmation email of the status of refund. Was told every time I just had to wait for 3-5 business days.
* Bought a pair of sealskin WATERPROOF gloves. These should be able to withstand a normal rain shower. They don't and so it doesn't what it says on the tin, hence it is my customer right to return the faulty item. Blacks refused to take back the item because it was no longer in the original packaging! So am I expected to keep the little plastic hook that keeps the two gloves together in a drawer in case it turns out the gloves are not waterproof?
