Ordered an item from the Blacks website with delivery to one of their stores.
Ordered on Monday evening, the item was listed as in stock. After a phone call on Wednesday it transpired that it hasn't been dispatched. I then asked to cancel the order as I needed this item quite soon and could buy it elsewhere with much faster delivery. I was assured on the phone that the order will be cancelled. Just in case, I put this in an email to the customer service and got a reply that it will be cancelled. At the end of the week I receive an email that the item has been dispatched.
An absolutely abysmal service, extremely slow (dispatch of an in-stock item took almost a week) and customer service unreliable.
