Blacks customer service team deleted my emails without reading them.
I recently made a complaint to the Blacks customer service team and set a read receipt on my email. A few hours later and I get confirmation that the email was deleted without reading. Blacks denied doing this stating that their email system may have caused an error in the read receipt message.
