Review update - even worse than before
Review update - meant to pick up a tent on 29th at Dorchester to go camping this week. Not there - staff at store tell me to sort it out. I ask them to sort while I get a hotel. By end of day I email customer care and get an automated response indicating they will sort issue within 24 hours - I send several emails to customer care. I buy a tent from another retailer on the 1st August so we can go camping. No response over 2 days. I get an automated email from blacks on the 1 august stating if the issue is not resolved then they are working hard to solve it - the cheek of this outfit!
