Appalling customer service. I had to return an item sent to me because it was faulty. The returns policy states they will refund any returns postage for faulty items. I used the link on the Black's website that led me to a collect plus label that cost £2.99. I asked for a replacement item to be sent. I did not receive a replacement item and only received a refund for the item. When I contacted blacks to ask for a refund for my returns postage they refused as they said I did not notify them within 14 days that the item was faulty. The item was delivered on the 7th September and my refund for the item processed on the 19th September this is only 12 days and it stated on the returns form that the item was faulty. When I contacted them again to point this out they still refused to refund my postage because they said they had no proof I had said the item was faulty. But this was stated on the returns form. This company is refusing to comply with their own returns policy. Safe to say I will not using this company or their associated companies ever again. Such a poor way to treat a customer who has spent a lot of money with you over the years!
