Bought a bike from blacks beginnings of last week, I've had notifications from them saying they've got the bike and its "making its way through the warehouse" the usual automated stuff... then suddenly today cancelled for no apparent reason thats over £1000 of my money I have to wait for up to 5 days - I've missed other opportunities because of this. If the bike was out of stock your website should have said this! I am not the only one this has happened to either tustpilot is showing that many people are having problems with this! I'm just glad it wasn't a birthday recked like some.
