The customer service for returns is difficult and they are told the customer has to return the product, their expense. Wait for an opinion on the reasons why it is faulty. They will write and if they agree, will refund the money after 28 days and if they don’t agree they will send you the goods back. They also argued on the fact that the product was not faulty. I would not buy again from them, especially when their competitors deal with returns in such a better way.
