I signed up and gave my credit card, but had a change of heart after reading many negative review and a negative LinkedIn article. I asked for a cancellation and a refund. And I admit I was worried based on what I read. To my pleasant surprise Boardsi got back to me via email and phone and addressed my concerns and took care of the cancellation and refunded me. They were very professional courteous and kind. I would like to thank Daren and his colleagues for taking care of this so quickly.
