SEND ME 1 ITEM OF 2, and then NO REFUND ME, STEALER , ADVOID AT ALL COST
If it a negative star, I will definitely give to you BOOZT. I bought 2 pair of shoes , same size, different colors. However, when I received the package, from the outside, I already known that there is only one box of shoes. So , they only send me 1 pair of shoes. The package is a bit damaged with the tape from Bpost. I informed them about the missing item. They asked me to send the picture of the package several times. I have to send them the pictures several times because of Ms Katarzyna's high requirement. . I did. After a few days, they send me a DHL claim damage form. I was annoyed because this is the problem between BOOZT and DHL, not me. But I was nicely enough to fill in and sent to Boozt and hope for their fair solution . And suddenly Ms Katarzyna M, told me that it was too late for the claim because i have to send the form in 7 days after receiving the package. She did not informed me about this and she told me to send the picture of the form again and again without mention about the deadline. And she told me that
it is my fault and they could not do anything. OMG, common, what are you doing Boozt ? The package you sent me lack of 1 pair of shoes (95 EURO) and you took my money without solving the problem causing by you or your staff.
1. Your staff might not put the second pair of shoes in the package.
2. Maybe during the transfer, the package was damaged or someone steal the shoes
I AM THE BUYER, and I did not received the item I already paid for and you BLAMED all the responsibility for me, An INNOCENT CUSTOMER althought it is definitely your RESPONSIBILITY, YOUR FAULT that mean BOOZT, you are A STEALER
