Ordered a frying pan from and paid extra for next day delivery, item turned up a week later. After second day started to email them to try to find out what was wrong, complete waste of time, tried phoning them, again phones not answered. After trying for 2 weeks and numerous emails and phone call this so called firm still refuse to answer a phone call or email. If you still feel the need to buy ANYTHING from this company DO NOT pay extra for delivery and just hope you get the correct item undamaged because if you have a complaint this company do not want to know about you.
