I ordered an item on 6/12/21 which was confirmed as in stock. On checking my account confirmation the item has been dispatched on 11/12. On 14/12 I received an e mail saying the order was cancelled. On contacting the company requesting an explanation as to why they had cancelled my order, no explanation was forthcoming only that they would make a reimbursement minus an amount for my cancelling the order. I had to contact them again to point out I had not received the item nor had I cancelled the order. This item was for a Xmas present. I am now awaiting reimbursement. I will not be using this company again.
