I have ordered recently a few items from BrandAlley. My Karen Miller dress come very creased in a small bag. It would help if it was folded neatly. One order was canx which I ordered with an express delivery due to no longer in stock. They offered a £10 voucher but money still not returned. I have received a spyder vest but the colour looks more red than in the picture and I have a doubts if it is a real deal. Since I have a similar spyder vest in Black, the zips looks very different and especially on the pockets. I would be taking it to the spyder shop to confirm if it is a genuine product. Customer service is helpful and apologetic. Not sure.
