My item was not delivered despite BrandAlley telling me that they had. There was not a card left by the post office. BrandAlley have asked me to send a written confirmation stating that I have not received the good despite my email and online chat. I have raised a formal complaint. They were not prepared to write to me to confirm that the item was sent. Clearly no trust and did not believe me. It is unlikely that I will be refunded.
