I had the pleasure of Sally in the Cheltenham branch, who basically looked after me from start to end. I had rang before I came into the shop, when I arrived Sally appeared and said are you Alison :). I was super in pain with the bra I was wearing and immediately Sally said would you like a bra fitting, which I said,yes please. I described the colour I wanted. Sally explained her technique and checked what i was wearing. She went away and as she was away I looked through the Bravissimo mag which Sally had prompted me to. Sally arrived with a bra and wanted to try on to see so she could get an idea of fit. Well it was a bigger cup..but once in it ,it finally felt i had no bra on, posture felt 100% better and no pain, perfect. I said I wanted to wear it their and then, at the same time I spotted a denim dress in your mag, I had been looking for one forever.Sally bought me several sizes and shapes. We ended with the super curvy but explained all the way through why i needed certain cuts. I happily purchased and went out extremely happy. Service from start to end was AMAZING!! I will now be in the store to find Sally on my next visit!. I had purchased their before and had good service. Sally is my now guardian angel in buying bras. Thank you Bravisimo!! 😘
