Burrow's customer service has been excellent, and their pet-friendly upholstery on the loveseat, ottomans and chairs really has stood up to our cats, who 1) have a remarkable penchant for sinking their claws into things and 2) love to play kitty parkour and literally bounce off of furniture as they bound through the house. The furniture assembly has been straightforward, too. The reason why I am giving 4 stars out of 5 is the disappointment I have with the rug that we purchased. It is very soft, with a very loose weave - I expected a much tighter and stiffer weave - and in a matter of a few weeks' time, there are at least 10 large pulls showing in the rug. I had hoped for a much tighter weave that would stand up to our 2 Australian shepherds along with our rambunctious cats. The care instructions say to cut off/trim back such pulls, but I am honestly afraid that if I do that, there will be holes in the rug. So, ya win some, ya lose some, and I simply won't buy this rug again. But everything else has been great! Thanks, Burrow!
