Absolutely disgusted with checkatrade and there so called free affiliate membership as for helping the trades people and also guaranteeing certain amount of leads on the ‘affiliate’ membership in the free trial period but then when I go to cancel a month before it expires due to not getting any leads at all they still threaten me with a £30 payment that was in small writing and insist on upgrading to there full membership for £100 a month which is an absolute joke as you can tell they only care about what’s going in there pocket and not yours. I also was threatened by a boy named Luke that if I didn’t pay the £30 that I would be taken to court. I honestly cannot believe how badly and such of a money scandal this company is and to all tradespeople to stay well.
