I have been a member of checkatrade for over 10 years now
We have a very good reputation and do good quality work however we have now had 2 bad reviews that checkatrade do not check up on. Their review system is all backwards as long as their members pay their fees they dont care. I am so disappointed they care so little about us tradesmen and our customers even though i was promised that the complaints would be looked into and also my complaints nothing has been done
