You have remember when using these types of online rating agencies they get their funding from advertising and the companies themselves. So reviews tend to err toward the paymaster. It’s a sad fact. He who pays the piper calls the tune as the saying goes! Good ones I imagine fly through negative ones not so. So do trust the reviews fully and trust your judgement when dealing with these companies
