I enlisted the services of a conservatory specialist who is currently rated 9+/10 to 10/10 on the checkatrade website. The work was so poor, I’m unable to use my upstairs bathroom as when the South American cowboy builder replaced my conservatory roof, he, by his own admission, left the 45 degree pvc elbow termination off. He was happy for mine and my neighbour’s gardens to flood every time my household use the bathroom. This work was carried out in December 2021. On Friday 4 January 2022, Dyno Rod were called out as when this builder replaced the guttering as part of the roof replacement, he failed to screw down the external bathroom pipe which flew into my neighbour’s garden narrowly missing the dog during the gusty weather a day earlier. Dyno rod deemed his work as poor at best. Builder also attempted to charge extra for the guttering work until I pointed out that guttering was included in the quote. Dyno rod took pictures as very shocked and will be quoting to put it right. Damp has developed on the bathroom wall as a result of these South Americans shoddy work yet they are rated excellent on checkatrade.
