As a business owner using this service to gain more customers for expansion i can honestly say its never worth it. Ironically, they provide a terrible service to the customers that use them. We have tried to cancel 3 times after receiving little work within our area and lots from over 40 miles away. We changed the area numerous times with them but still were contacted by jobs a long way from where we are based. Still paying for their services even though we have been taken off and into our 3rd month after officially cancelling and still paying them! Constantly trying to resolve with them week to week but with no avail? This must be breaking consumer codes which for a company that encourage the connection of quality tradespeople to good clients is almost laughable. I see a lot of people on here with similar problems. We were never tied into contract, i made sure that wasn’t on the agenda but still seem to be paying for services we have cancelled numerous occasions.
