Check a trade sent us 100s of emails and calls over a three year period, after the pandemic we was about to close down but I then decided to give them a go when offered a free trial. During the call I was persuaded to give a higher membership fee of £70 a month which had a guarantee client base number of 2-3 a month, I was informed on the phone that I could end at any time. My clients never came , so I decided to end the membership and stop paying the fees after 8 months but was told I had a contract. I now have a collection company called SHOOSMITHS threatening to take us to court for £201 plus fees , we are a micro private ltd company.
