Now an Absolutely appalling company.
Have been with them for 10years and they used to be a good .
Unfortunately now only interested in selling ancillary services to members.
I had issues with feedback not being put on the website , I complained then miraculously 4 reviews from months back appeared that evening.
When I asked for an explanation I heard nothing so I stopped my payments .
The next correspondence was a court summons which I paid to protect my credit rating.
They then tried to auto renew my membership.
Avoid at all costs
