Go to Facebook and take a look at “RTC Maintenance (Reviews)” for photographs. RTC Maintenance is apparently “approved and guaranteed” by Checkatrade. A “verified” review on Checkatrade appears to be verification that the review is from someone, possibly the builder himself, who has set up an e-mail account, engaged the builder for a job that may or may not be a real job, and then given the builder a great rating/review for that job that may or may not be real, and Checkatrade then “verify” that this review is from the original e-mail address that was set up for this job that may or may not be real.
