Complete scam been with them a few years offered no decent work especially seeing I have a joinery workshop phoned then 3 times to tell them I was not wasting anymore of my money with them and to cancel my account they kept passing me to person to person so I stoped my direct debit then they send a solicitor letter avoid they are just using trades to make money for themselves
