I was with Check a trade soon after it was set up and was good at first giving me quite a lot of work, but then they were sold to Homeserve and my yearly fees doubled over night from £600 to £ 1250 per year and they took on so many new trades that my inquiries dried up too.
I then left Check a trade and for over a year after i was pestered with various offers trying to get me rejoin,not a chance!
They are to be avoided at all costs.
