Expensive and a trashy custom service!!!! As a family, we have been interested to open an account for my husband which is a tradesperson, and when I tried to gather more information, a very stupid male employed one (I would literally pay this one 0 pounds salary a lifetime for how he was speaking to us!!!) was trying to pretend that the huge costs for this company are actually amazing rates and that I am a stupid or something, and LITERALLY EVERY TIME when I have had a question or I was saying something (like in a normal conversation!!!?) this peraon was talking over me and saying that he can not talk to me because I have too many to ask? /??? I mean literally, I AM THE ONE PAYING FOR THE SERVICE?!?? .... A whole a lot of money.... And you try to insult me and to talk over me and NEVER answer to MY QUESTIONS?!??? Who is employing such people?!??? I literally had to close the conversation, as this one was aggressive and literally a piece of s@it!!!!!! NO FAMILY needs to deal with such men!!!!! Or service advisors or providers!!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!
