Despite regular updates of the on going disaster that was our bathroom installation , including photographs, they refused to take any action. We pointed out that the tradesman was dishonest, posting a photo of an award that he displayed prominently despite not Winning it. They continued to support him until he disappeared owing over £200000 to customers and tradesmen. Too late and now we have problems that should be covered by guarantee if we could find him as well as a scorched carpet. Their endorsement is worthless.
