This crowd are absolutely awful.
I emailed twice prior to my renewal date staying I did not want to renew for another twelve months. Today I received an email with an invoice attached for £146.40. they do not recognise anything in writing and insist you can only cancel over a phone conversation. After a five minute conversation, it was concluded there is nothing I can do and have to fulfill my twelve month subscription despite having written confirmation that I did not wish to.
Any tradesperson thinking of joining, believe me it is such a waste of money.
