I have been with this company 7 year’s advertising and after someone online saying they had been over charged I then looked at my dd. It had gone up to £480 pcm so I called them up and asked them for a breakdown. This happened numerous times of them lying and that they would send a invoice over or that I have been over charged and I will be refunded. I eventually told them that I will cancel the direct debit as I wasn’t given an answer. A few months later I get a letter off solicitors saying they are taking me to court. I had never signed any agreement since I started either and then they carried on charging me and now are threading court. Each time I call the office I waste over 1 hour of my life. They don’t vet the trades and half of them on the site are cowboys, they just want to take your money every month and when you ask what it’s for it’s impossible to get an answer. If you’re a tradesman stay away from these guys for advertisement shocking back end office and systems in place. DO NOT USE
