Just take it as a yellow pages of builders. If you look into traders, many have bad reviews on other sites, or their websites include stock pictures and not actual work they carried out. I have not had good experiences with Checkatrade. They say they guarantee their traders' work, but fine print makes it impossible to claim anything. Stay alert.
