They promote to help you and your business when actual fact they just want your money and then ignore you. I was with them for 2 years before this year, they promote the £200 sign up toolstation voucher, supposedly I missed out on that because I didn't sent my public liability, eventhough I uploaded on the app and emailed them. My account manager Nick, one of the worst guys I've came across, so rude, unprofessional and unhelpful it's embarrassing. I also emailed him previously when I resigned up about uploading my public liability,l, but surprise surprise he was on holiday that week I emailed. Strange thing was no automatic reply saying this or no response when he came back if he was, strange no? Very expensive job leads, where vast majority of the jobs are not even worth your time, would strongly recommend another job leading site like trustatrader etc
