Stay well away from checkatrade weather you're a tradesmen or a homeowner, I joined checkatrade and its all been broken promises and lies and I've had no relevant leads for the work I'm looking for. Paying £100 a month for the lite membership which promises a minimum of 4 leads a month and its just wasted money. Also from a home owners point of view, one of the vetting questions I was asked when joining was "can you confirm that you have at least 6 month experience in your trade"? You can't learn any trade in 6 months, checkatrade is a con and they literally let anyone join! Stay away!
