I would give zero rating if I could. We had the misfortune to use a cleaning company via Checkatrade.com. They carried out the job 2 days before the probate sale completed, they knew what was required when they came over to quote and I specifically took them round the house and gave clear instructions for each room. Unfortunately we couldn’t supervise the job on the day as we don’t live in the area and booked them in good faith given the 5* reviews and professional website. Vacuuming was done so badly, we had to redo every room from scratch, this was 1 day before completion. The 100% 5* reviews for the company cannot be genuine, they knocked off £50 discount from invoice but they didn’t deserve to be paid at all, will never use Checkatrade again, lesson learned.
