Absolutely RUBBISH service provider! If I could rate them 0 I would! They will chase you for a money like a clock! They will advance against you in every situation without investigation! After you sign a contract with them, all they care is just to make sure your payment up to date! I needed to change my business address, It took 1month for them to action! Also i have several other inquiries, but was ignored and no one bothered to resolve, so i cancelled my direct debit. I was flooded with emails and calls next day, asking me to restore a payment but because my requests hasn’t been addressed and I refused to pay anything before they change address and respond to other requests. Instead they switched off my account and keep chasing the money, didn’t bother about anything else. It was several other bad experiences with them in the past. Entire checkatrade need to be abolished from trades and consumers perspective!
