Asking for personal documents numerous times. Different people ringing me twice/three times a day asking to send more personal documents over the phone.
Said I was going live next day all has gone through, then get another phone saying I need to give them the same documents again. Tried to cancel, customer service was shocking basically telling no.
Even though it’s not even been 14 days for a cooling off period.
Shocking! Would never use them
