After many years of using this company I have just been told that it is a £3 charge to get a written report regarding the faults that were found with. my gas fire. We need this in writing in order to claim on the guarantee. After already charging £170 for servicing the boiler and gas fire I feel that this is excessive and discriminatory against people who do not do wish to use technology .
