Horrendous experience all round. The cowboy roofer they recommended left the job unfinished with water leaking in, and have been told he won't be returning. Checkatrade told us it is out fault as we didn't leave a review within 30 days of them finishing. The people you speak to in customer services are rude, abrupt and sigh and scowl like teenagers when you question anything. Really, really poor.
