I asked workman to repair two panels on fence. One completely broken in gale but I was unable to pull out the other. So needed a tradesman. I initially bought one to do myself but asked will I get another if he would do the job. He said he would get panel. Did I mind the colour? I didn’t think there was much difference in fence colour so I said ok. . He fitted my one with horizontal slats, his one with vertical slats, completely different colour.
Warning sign I now realise is he wanted cash. Will not go on checkatrade again.
