DO NOT TRUST THEM. I selected a 'TRUSTED TRADER'!! from CHECKATRADE.COM website) . Paid nearly £1800 for maintence work (pointing chimney, replacing damaged tiles etc.(gaurantee for 5yrs).. 12 WEEKS LATER after stormy weather, water coming through ceiling!. Replaced tile had fallen off .. phoned roofers numbers... message from Checkatrade.com ' ".. the trader is no longer our member''!! Gave up waiting for them answer phone to complain. I am DISGUSTED.. WHAT CHECKING DO THEY ACTUALLY DO to PROTECT the CUSTOMER.. and who CHECKS THEM!!!! .!!!
