I am a builder advertising through this company, terrible customer service. Where do I start.... Income department have no idea what they are talking about (Bianca) the person dealing with my issue from membership advice had no idea about the ongoing issue. I have asked now on 5 different occasions for phone call records from our conversations so I can listen to the phone calls.... No reply. The past 4 times I have called i have been on hold for 1 hour plus waiting to be put through to someone. When you finally get through the person on the other end doesn't have a clue about the problem or more importantly the solution. We spend over £4000 advertising with the company and there must be better companies. John Hitchin, Signature Home Developments.
