We have been with Checkatrade for more than a year and we are really unhappy. Every single time when we phone them to let them know that we are not receiving calls or emails their answer was that we need more feedback which will show to the customers that we are good company. We push ourselves and ask all of our customer who are mainly coming from My Builder to leave us a review and this is still not working. After robbing our bank account with monthly payments without authorization April they just cross the line. We had to phone couple of people to get the right answer and at the end they are not letting us have a discount even though it was their mistake because after talking to them to remove 2 of the service that we are doing to decrease the payment they didn't do it and they took twice as big that they should take for April and after phone calling them and finally reaching a manger we still are not getting the response that we are looking from them. They are just trying to cover your eyes with good world and nothing more when, they make a mistake they are not ready to stand up and do their best to fix it they just trying to put more mess into the problem by trying to force you to agree with only one solution that they are giving you and not consider your solution.
