The thing to remember with Checkatrade is that they rely on having trades people on their books. The consequence of this is you will very rarely find a negative customer review of one of the companies who use them. The company i used let me down but Checkatrade would not publish a negative review but instead claimed they would "monitor" the company. So just beware when reading all those glowing reviews.
