I would give no stars if I could because I have raised a complaint with Checkatrade regarding a current trading member where I have produced consistent facts and images to back up my complaint. However, the trader, conversely, has made aspersions about my behaviour with no evidence to back this up AND without any prior notice to me, Checkatrade has published these false facts! Added to this, Checkatrade is under the assumption that their name will make the trader fall into line with the ADR route if the arbitrator accepts my evidence but, of course, the trader can simply go to another builder's website when this happens. I would argue both Checkatrade and the trader, I am in dispute with, have a false sense of reality. Also, why has the trader not be instructed to produce evidence? Mike Fairman, CEO, is aware of this complaint. But, what does it say about his leadership and demanding the facts and thus impartiality before publishing? Q) Is he fit to be a CEO of any organisation? Answer: No.
