Lied to and left without Heart Medication for 2 weeks.
Told there was plenty in stock.... I checked twice.
Told it would be delivered within 24hrs Had to ring again.
Told it had been sent out after 5 days.
Got a phone call at 5.30pm on the day it should have been delivered to say they didn't have any in stock and needed to order some.
Left without meds for a serious Heart condition for 2 weeks.
Disgraceful
