Purchased a Ralph Lauren Tech Fleece Zip Hooded Sweatshirt and the Ralph Lauren Tech Fleece Slim Jog Pant both in black. My son did not see the items were of two different shades of black so we returned the item after emailing them on two separate occasions without a response. They would not refund on the items as the labels had been removed even though never worn. I am now out of pocket £198.45 with a tracksuit my son will not wear which clearly choice could see was two different shades of black. DONT USE THEM ONLINE AS YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GETTING>
