Pathetic service Bought school shoes for my son in Feb 19 from Crawley mall store, my son was not entirely happy with the shoes but the fitter said that the shoes were fitting perfectly and if we had any problems Clarkes have 4 months fitting warranty. My son stopped wearing the shoes within 2 months as they are tight and when I went to Clarke's they said there was no 4 months warranty, the girl gave me wrong information. Also, to prove that the shoes are tight I need to make my son put on the shoes for a week and if there are blisters then they will know that the shoes are tight!! How sick is that!!!
