I visited the store looking for two items: a pack of 21st birthday invitations and a blank card congratulating a child for participating in a show... Your store stocked neither. As I could not find either item, I asked a member of staff for assistance. I first checked that they were a member of staff before asking my question; it was not clear as they wore no uniform, visible lanyard or name badge. They nodded and looked at me as if I was stupid for asking in the first place. They pointed me to the blank cards section which were incorrectly positioned in a section labelled "birthday". In summary, the staff member made me feel very unwelcome and the visit was unsuccessful. I appreciate that it was the end of the day and everyone has an off day, but that does not excuse bad customer service.
