My daughters candy floss arrived 5 days late. We didn't recieve an update of delivery & when it did arrive late we tried to contact them to send it back... all we had was an address on their box. We sent it back recorded delivery (£14!) To be told when we did finally contact them, that it takes 4 weeks to recieve a refund... 8+ weeks later after repeatedly contacting them with emails & photographs of proof of the return address, they have told us that they have no idea what the address is on their box! & it's our responsibility to get the box back... I have never experience such shocking service! Don't use them! My 9 year old daughters birthday money has been wasted & they will not help or take responsibility in anyway...
