Pre-orders older than 30 days must be confirmed on new, and Coolshop doesn't inform you about this when they send out an email where they ask you to check that your details are correct as a precaution shortly before the release date. And, when they send a new email where they say that they can't complete the order, they don't inform you that this is the cause or that it may be the cause. The information that states that you have to confirm your pre-order on new is hidden behind many pages/clicks in your order history, on top of this.
I went to my order history and confirmed my order again the same day I received an email that Coolshop couldn't complete my order, which was TWO days before the release date of the game. And, it wasn't until two days after that I received an email saying they had packaged my item -- not that they had shipped it. It's Friday evening now, so I won't receive the game until AFTER the weekend. Monday at the earliest.
What a bull**** system this is, especially when you order one of the decade's most highly anticipated game, which has its release date shortly before the weekend. I've never encountered such a dumb system before I ordered from Coolshop, and I won't order from them again.
