Ordered a big lego set on the 5th Dec 2023 for a Christmas present. The website showed as in stock.
Fast forward to the 11th Dec, I receive an email stating that they infact do NOT have the stock and won't be receiving it until the 20th.
I then spoke to their customer service rep on their live chat. What. A. Shambles.
After asking a lot of questions about whether this item would be with me before Christmas, they eventually said that items wouldn't be guaranteed for Christmas unless despatched before the 15th!
Absolute joke of a company and customer service. They should be ashamed.
